To understand more information about water pollution, we did a week-last visit and learning activity to JUK factory.
We learned about the main sources of water pollution, like the wastewater from some factories, the dirty water we produced in daily life and the polluted water resulted from the overused pesticide, etc. The engineer introduced us with some methods relating to wastewater treatment, like influx (influent), removal of large objects, removal of sand and grit, precipitation and biological treatment, etc. The whole activity and what we learned from it did a great help to our research work.
