Shenzhen is a coastal city in the south of Guangdong Province. Just 40 years ago, Shenzhen was a small town. Benefiting from China’s reform and opening-up policy, it has now become one of China’s biggest and most important cities. The city has been named one of the world’s 25 top high-tech development cities.
The opening of the high-speed train line to Hong Kong in 2018 has made Shenzhen a much more popular place for tourists. Now tourists can reach Shenzhen from downtown Kowloon in about 19 minutes!
While Shenzhen does not have as many historical attractions as other famous cities in China, it has created a number of excellent theme parks.

Today, I’d like to talk about how to be a successful team leader. In my 15 years of work experience, I got promoted five times for different leadership positions. To me, good team leaders should, first of all, have good communication skills. They always have open and effective communication with their team members. Secondly, good team leaders should respect everyone in the team, and treat them equally. Thirdly, good team leaders keep their words. Sometimes they may not be able to keep up their promise. In these cases, they should always tell the reason properly. Finally, good team leaders always lead by example. Leading by example means you’re guiding others through your behavior. When you lead by example, you provide a path to direct others down, so that everyone is working toward a common goal with the same purpose.
